It’s what every driver of a modern diesel car doesnt want to see flashing on the instrument panel, the dreaded DPF warning light. Replacing a diesel particulate filter can be a costly business and removing or ‘gutting’ the DPF is now against the law in most circumstances and may lead to prosecution.  Usually around every 300 miles or so the DPF will regenerate by super heating the filter to burn off the contaminated particals that collect there as soot and ash.  However, it’s been found that the regeneration process leaves residual ash behind in the filter.  Each time a regeneration occurs more particals will build up in the filter.

Over time Carbon will block the DPF and cause several issues with your engine,  our state of the art Carbon-Clean DCS machine together with a DPF ProClean treatment is a fast and cost effective way to completely clean and protect any DPF from within our workshop.

Powder coating is one of the most durable finishes available for metal, whether it is for your alloy wheels, your bike frame or any other metal object you may have.  It offers far more resistance to damage and corrosion when compared to a wet paint finish or a diamond cut surface.

Vapour blasting can trace its roots back to the early days of aluminium jet engine parts manufactured by Rolls Royce.  This process was used to clean and resurface the parts to eliminate corrosion and facilitate inspection.  Vapour blasting can be applied to materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and titanium.  The key to vapour blasting is that the finish is produced through a flow of water borne abrasive, simultaniously de-greasing and giving a finer finish due to the flushing action of the water.  No media is impregnated into the component, nor is there any dust created by the breakup of media, unlike sandblasting where the finish is produced by the sheer force of media impact.
